Do 3 slot dragons spawn?

I havent seen any fresh 3 slot dragons spawn, I only see 4 slot dragons. Do 3 slot dragons still spawn?

No, the only way to get a 3 slot dragon would be to purchase a legacy one.

Its doesn't make much sense though for dragons to be 4 slots now. White wyrms and Rune beetles can still be found with just 3 slots. I wonder if the dev team knows about this?

Dragons have over 800 strength. They don't come in a lower str version. White wyrms used to spawn with over 700 str, but when patch 97 came out they then spawned with a wider range of str, allowing three slot ones to still spawn. Anything over 450-ish str spawns as a 4 slot for white wyrms now.
