Cannot transfer to Balhae

Today is the second day in a row I've tried to transfer from Chessie to Balhae, to take a staff down to @Tina Small. The game won't let you transfer to Balhae though; keep gettting "The selected destination shard is unavailable."

Brian, just tried to start a transfer from Atlantic to Balhae with a regular store-purchased transfer token and none of the Asian shards were available for transfer.

Well, it looks like some of the Asian shards are now available for incoming transfers, since their maintenance within the last hour. Will see if Balhae, Arirang, Formosa show up in a short while after their maintenance.

Well now it seems that every shard except Hokuto is available for transfer from Atlantic:



It's odd that Hokuto was available half an hour ago but now it's not.

Not unless its normal maintenance was delayed by about 90 minutes. At this time of the year, these shards are down for maintenance shortly after 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time: Asuka, Hokuto, Izumo, Mizuho, Sakura, Wakoku, and Yamato. An hour later, i.e., shortly after 7:00 p.m. Eastern Time is when shard maintenance occurs for Arirang, Balhae, and Formosa.

I just checked now on Atlantic, and it looks like all of the other shards are currently available to receive transfers from there.

The Balhae residents can always come hang out at my Abyss house there... the ratmen are pretty friendly... not that I had anyone else to talk to on that shard to compare them with....

Thank you so much, Brian! The obelisk is in place now. You can find it at approximately 8 N 38 E (about 3 screens, more or less, east of Britain along the coast), on the second floor. There's also a pentagram with red and black candles if you need to cast the Summon Perihelion spell to get the focus.
