Are we (Legends) the only shard with no crier at the West Bank? Or have they been moved from all shards?

I noticed that this afternoon. There is one there on Pac and pretty sure Origin, GL, and CHessy have one to.

GL has one, though I have yet to see it announcing which city an invasion is occurring in. :mad:
