You can make a gate from Ethereal Void

If your scroll is broken like mine, someone can go there and make a gate for you to get there.

A nice person on LS has a toon placed there while they are online. You can give someone who isn't broken a piece of blackrock and they make a gate for you.

I had a broken scroll and paged a GM who fixed it within like five minutes after I paged

GM rivers was waiting for me to log on today. All Fixed now. But he cant fix my Transfer in progress issue. I cant copy to TC or shard transfer.

If ur scroll is broken, lock it down on the floor and use. Some of the scrolls will not lock down but some will. I think if it hasnt been fixed already, you can lock it down.
