1 - Never knew about the Shield before, but I assume that if someone had a blue neon metal dye tub, which are known to exist, could replicate that Shield.
2 - These sell for 100 - 200m
3 - These tend to sell for 200 - 800m depending who is missing that direction and name of which there are 8 possible variations

Unfortunately, the weights are consistent.
For the moment, I can not find anything but color differences.
