Could you make them out of rare metals back when exceptional tags were added?

Not that I've ever seen. I have 200-300 of these types combined and they all follow the OEQ can be non iron type but full title are all iron. I would love to see one if it wasn't possible.

Now that I say this I'm going to look back and make sure but I say that 99% positive.
