I have not once heard from members of this respected community about their desire to enter into agreements. In this regard, and due to the circumstances I want to use this proposal and put forward my conditions: I stop any relationship with members of this community, any kind of interaction, both in-game and in real life (with the exception of one remarkable person), before joining to Vice of the following circumstances - The Grinch aka Grimlex should be fully restored in the Vice Alliance (unless, of course, he would agree, how do you manage it I do not know, but I pledge to give all support), have the right to recruit new members and his voice must be count as the voice of the elder; all the rest, all other things being equal.

I ask everyone, who shares my point of view, is not alien to my convictions, to join my conditions and to support me.

I don't know the back story here, but the INSTANT Grimlex is in the VICE alliance is the same moment that Garth, Talia, and I leave said alliance.

There is a wide range of players in VICE, and as a result, I don't always agree with some of them. Some days I don't agree with a lot of them. But that is just game differences.

Grimlex, on the other hand, should be banned from any communication in UO. This is the player who seriously told GC that a well known past Siege player had just killed herself. Many folks were upset about this, but for him it was just another day of getting his jollies.

No one, not Diablo, not any past or current member of HI5, LB, or any other guild ranks higher on my list of reprehensibles than Grimlex.

No apologies needed as long as you can see why making groundless accusations of cheating in public neither does you or the alleged cheaters any good.

I have no clue what desire to enter into agreements we would have? We have one agreement and that is we respect the no-looting during Sunday VvV. There is no other official agreement. So not sure what you mean.

First of all: noone in VICE has ever asked you to stop any kind of interaction with anybody. Noone in VICE ever told you to shut up in general chat or anything else for that matter either. The only thing I told you repeatedly was to stop throwing around groundless allegations of cheating when all this does is damage both our and your reputation.

You want to join VICE? You were in VICE before you joined GIL and it didn't work out. No hard feelings there but there's a reason why it didn't work out.

The reason why you had to leave VICE was exactly because you added Grimlex to your guild despite the fact that all of us had told you that we did not want him in the alliance. Why you haven't learned anything from his past behaviour (after all he betrayed your trust, added Amadouchus and stole your guild before you left and joined GIL) is beyond me. Just to make this 100% clear: no way are we going to let Grimlex back in VICE.

Some of us have attacked GIL members before and will continue to do so. This has nothing to do with whatever you said - it has everything to do with some of us being evil murderers...

Ultima Online do have a lot of contents, and it is easy to believe someone must be cheating, when you don't understand what did happen. PvP is complicated, there are so many rules and it is very hard to know it's all, special for players, who not use all their time for PvP.
Accusations of cheating is very bad as it can hurt the persons reputation badly and it is very hard to be 100%, that it was cheating and not missing know how about how the game works.

well I would have preferred for this not to be discussed in public - after all who wants to read all the drama except for maybe the ones involved, but it is what it is now...

Some matters are best resolved in private. But if a situation cannot be resolved, and tensions are spreading to the rest of Siege without people understanding the source, then yes... sometimes dirty laundry just needs to be aired.

I think at this point it is safe to say that most of us can see the situation now, and most of the unease that seems to have held the shard in silence is dissipating. The situation may not be resolved (yet) but simply understanding what it is takes a lot of frustration out of things.

For whatever reason, Sarg sees something in another player that others do not. He is not going to get his wishes in this matter, but that doesn't mean he should just shut up. Just my opinion, but some boils need to be popped before they can heal.

Stratics grants our small but very vocal community a lot of slack on their forums. This issue has been handled with a great deal of level-headedness imo... which I think is why this thread is still open. If the matter is taken up privately henceforth, great. But at least now the rest of us know what's up with some very well respected citizens, and we can leave it to you.
