A note to Siege

It has happened in the past that I just drop off the face of Sosaria, not to be heard from for months or even years at a time. I've never felt any particular reason to explain or apologize. However, I feel I have an obligation to Siege these days so I am just putting out a lil notice that Nope, Siege isn't rid of me yet!

At the risk of TMI, my mom ended up in the hospital. She's okay and home now, but I am staying with her for a while. She is 81 and doesn't have internet. Her neighbor is a sweet lil old lady who is letting me bum offa her wifi as of yesterday. The houses are barely close enough, so the signal is not reliable enough to game on. However, I am having withdrawal and I can get Stratics now and then, so here I am!

So, just as an FYI, I should be either going home within the week, or - if things end up being more permanent - we'll be getting proper internet.

A public thank you to the emissaries of NOOB for taking care of Siege's youngins until I can get back to my skill-cracking whip. They are not set up properly for the job yet, so their hard work is made harder until I can get all the permissions set up correctly in game.

I miss you, Siege!

Your mother are more important than UO, we will still be here, when you are back. Glad you did get someone to help with NOOB :)

Hi Tanager. Thank you for your post. I'm glad you are able to help your Mom and I hope she has a speedy recovery.

I think your emissaries will do their best to keep the NOOB guild together. I'm glad you got a few emissaries in place before you had to leave.
