Command undead still not right

When you use command undead, and release the monster, the monster will still not dissappear (even though you now get the warning to say it will dissapear) and if it then attacks someone while you're on a different server, you'll go crim/flag heat of battle.

Yeah always been like this. Though it does come in handy when farming dark gaurdians. Since when released they tend to stay were they are.
