Halo is not able to be Altered by the Ter Mur Articifer

I went to Alter a Halo for my Garg and this is what I get:

As far as I know he can only alter the crafted artifacts. The scholar's halo was removed from that list and made into a normal drop?

Well, that needs to be fixed, also...@Kyronix @Bleak while you're at it, allow the Shadowguard artifacts to be altered this way too plz, or just allow people to alter them with the respective crafting skill like everything else... consistency fellas!
