Oh odd, tried with another browser and it is working for me.
Appears trying to access that link on Google Chrome does not work, but other browsers do.

If you have a bunch of plugins/extensions with Chrome, it may be running out of memory. There is a current bug with Chrome having memory issues. Try using it vanilla.
I use Chrome exclusively... personally despise IE and FF tends to give me grief. Just logged into my account again to add time to another account - so is working fine.
