I'm doing this publicly because a lot of bashing of account management has been raised over the years - by me along with others.
I needed to update the expire date of my CC but for the life of me could not figure out where I was missing something that allowed me to get to card data. I sent an email to support and altho I expected it to take the max number of days, I got a response this morning with the steps I needed to take.
Along with this was a link to a YouTube video of subscription/renewal. I watched it for all of a minute and saw where I had missed a link! Got the data set and I am a happy camper.
One comment: I'm of the belief that the "Manage Accounts" button would be better served if more in the immediate visual range on the screen instead of being stuffed into the upper-right corner.

In closing ... the system worked. Response from Support was faster than expected and handled quite professionally.
