It says it depends on Karma what it says? I am going to open a few on my glorious lady and them some on my necro see what happens..house and corpse are totally awesome, do you know what the karma lvl was on those characters?

Friend of mine got a sleigh to her own home. Literally it said "delivered coal to *insert player name*'s home". I have several other villages too, and one to my corpse.

Is this like a rare one or something? All ive gotten was the towns and it saying presents or coal depending on the karma of my characters.

Sleighs are either with coal or with presents depending on the Karma of your character.
0 and up you get a present sleigh.
-1 to -32000 you get a sleigh with coal.

so 30 different destinations with either coal of presents = 60 then about a 0.6% chance to get one with your characters name on it with again either coal or presents so 62 sleighs in total.

When you lock down the sleigh, Dbl click it and the reindeer pop out.

make sure there is space around your sleigh or the deer won't pop out - don't have the sleigh facing a wall

Thank you. I finally figured it out. I thought the sleigh was facing south, and had it against the north wall. Turns out, it is facing north!

We can't use a decorator tool on them. Not even to raise or lower. I had hoped to move mine "up to the rooftop" of a two story building. *sigh*

I think the ones going to a characters house are based on reputation. My characters mostly got a city/location BUT my "Glorious" Paladin got a named sleigh, but the others (highest was Admirable) got city/locale.

So I think it may be the top (or bottom) 2 fame levels that get the named ones. Not sure ... maybe someone can confirm?

I wouldn't doubt if fame plays a role in increasing your chances for a named sleigh. I got named sleighs on two of my main characters that had high fame fairly quickly.

Then I decided to make a new character to get a sleigh that read "delivering coal to 'my ex's' house". I burned through 128 tokens and never received a named sleigh on that char. The fact that it didn't have any fame does support your theory.

I traded for 24 or so tokens after claiming my original 20, and from those managed to get two named sleighs separated by only one other sleigh. The RNG strikes again.

No high karma and fame on 2 untrained characters, and a 3rd beggar/TOTer were lucky in getting named sleighs. Thank you RNG!

i got 2 on 2 different noob chars with zippo fame or karma so im not sure really what it goes by i guess if your lucky enough to be blessed by the UO Gods

its just straight RNG, no fame or karma involved at all with it.
