What makes it Pre-Patch?
And that means what exactly. What Patch is it Pre of?
That doesn't make it a pre-patch, that makes it what as known as a "no-name" legendary, meaning no affixes or prefixes on the item name. These are the items that spawn with odd stat combinations (sometimes incredible ones) and extra mods like HCI, DCI, EP, RPD and more. These items still drop and they are relatively rare depending on what you're farming and your luck.
Also might want to be careful using the word clean, even though you said "clean title" here as most people seeing the word clean will assume the item does not have brittle, antique, or cursed.
