The best way to cash in on new stuff is to be there at server up, claim them, and advertise in Luna. The price drops rather quick, even as the first available day wears on. There was one on vendor search last night for 175mil, when I was hearing of people selling them for 400mil+ in the morning.
Are Vet Rewards now consider Rares?
