How does one make plain skirts/etc with these colors? Like I've seen reflective shadow skirts but you can't dye them with dyes.

The only way I know of is to cut up green clothing and make the new item out of that cloth. Not sure if this still works, but it used to...

Can you dye green cloth with turn in dyes? Think it says just enhanced or artifacts only.
