they tend to have higher attendance and are able to get away with requesting more items than other shards.

EMs request a number of base items to be dropped based for their event. It often scales with population. Arirang is probably the least attended shard- it has 10 base drops. Atlantic is the most attended shard- it has 25 base drops (nearly every time). Great Lakes is the second most attended shard- it has 20 base drops (nearly every time). Basically every other shard is 15 base drops.

And where is this wealth of information written down. Baja has the same number of drops as the BIG shards do. Mesenna determines the number of drops alls the EMs do is request them. Maybe you should ask your EMs to quit short changing you then.

Feel free to speak to any EM about drop numbers, they can be as quiet or vocal as they wish. I am 100% confident in my information. Baja does not have the same drop numbers as Atlantic. I'm sorry if that upsets you, but it's a fact.

The point system that we have now with events also caters to larger shards- the more people attending events consistently and accruing "points," the more excess drops (those created over the requested amount) that come into existence.

EMs request both the item and quantity based on their knowledge of their shard.
