Gwenno's Harp both show Repond/Reptile, Found two of those in Tanivar's instrument stash.

Nature’s Tears – Fey Slayer (Random Drum, Lute or Lap Harp 450 Uses)
Primordial Decay – Elemental Slayer (Random Drum, Lute or Lap Harp 450 Uses)
Arachnid Doom – Arachnid Slayer (Random Drum, Lute or Lap Harp450 Uses)

Not from ToT itself, obviously, but I'm sure there are a few floating around somewhere.

they are for sale on vendors.
most people stashed bunches of them away as they are really top shelf for any bard or disco or peace tamer.
nothing better than having one of every superslayer in the backpack that regen themselves so you never run out or charges.
