No kidding according to EA's Customer Service Reps the game servers have been closed. Is it too much to ask that even Origin is FUBAR atm, that the CSR, at least know what games are still live.

Sadly this is an accurate statement.
Ever get the feeling that every aspect of EA is incompetent? I think I'll apply there as a programmer. I have no clue about programming but I don't see that as a problem.
