Simple Rules!!

1. Auction ends @ 10 PM EST on Friday August 12th, 2016!! Nothing past this counts!! Unless.... RULE #2!!


2. 10 Minute rule in affect!! No sniping!! You bid anytime after 9:50pm, that item's auction is extended 10 minutes -- PER BID --. No exceptions!! (Meaning, someone bids at 9:51pm, it goes until 10:10pm.)

To further clarify (and uncomplicated things) basically any bid AFTER 9:50pm EST adds 10 minutes on to the auction end time. That is all. If there are 3 bids, it extends to 10:30 EST.

Bob bids at 9:52... (Auction end extends to 10:10pm)
Joe bids at 9:53... (Auction end extends to 10:20)
Bill bids at 10:15... (Auction end extends to 10:30)

3. All these items are located on Atlantic server!! I can/will transfer to Chesapeake ONLY. That is all!! Anywhere else, YOYO (You're on your own!!). You can pick up on either server.

4. I have 3 different auctions. They all have their own reserves. Items are to go up increments of MILLIONS. No 1 gp increases, please.

5. Bids are to be placed HERE, WITHIN THIS THREAD!! PMs will not qualify. Sorry if you don't want to put a name to your items, but that's how you make people angry. I am a stand-up guy with a good reputation, and intend to keep it that way.

6. There are --- NO BUY OUTS --- for any of these items. Sorry. I don't really believe in that.

7. Anyone trying some shady stuff or attempting to scam or whatever, will be DENIED. I reserve the right to NOT SALE to someone under questionable circumstances. You have been warned HERE!!

Are you sure 100% on that?I believe faction hue is hue #11 and I thought the purple they had with natural dyes was #15.

Not sure exactly what I am looking for in EC... I looked at a Hooded Shroud of Umbra that I personally faction hued and it doesn't say anything?

You need to use the hue ID tool in the EC. It's under the actions menu. You can dye cloth that sigil colour using it.

I guess no..im not 100% sure. But I know I have been told by people that I trust that using a dye tub you can dye things Sigil color. I had always collected sigil/Faction hue and was disappointed to find this out. So Iwill be interested to know what the verdict is here.

Just need to own a old bugged leather dye tub stuck on sigil (index #11 / hue 9718371) and you can replicate the ranger armor. There are few tubs around but not to many people share them since mesanna went on her neon tub deletion war path.

Right...so with the bugged leather dye tub and a regular cloth dye tub..this could be recreated currently then. I thought that was the case...but just wanted to be sure before I considered bidding.

Also...like Longtoothz stated, your 10 minute rule is the first of its kind so it does throw everyone off a little at first. Im a fan of the person doing the auction making any rules they want...so you have at it bud lol. I do want to ask one question tho. To me that sounds like if the first person bids at 9:51 it goes to 10:10 and then if the next person bids at 9:52 it goes to 10:20. A 10 minute extension PER BID could get pretty crazy. Basically it's if there's a bid placed between 9:51PM to 9:59PM then the auction is extended to 10:10PM, if there's no bids in the last 8-9mins then it finishes at 10PM. @Bombastic Fail does the auction end at those exact times (10PM or 10:10PM) or has to be before (9:59PM or 10:09PM) since were being specific here hehe

By the OP's omission this is to stop sniping. However, it just moves the sniping time to 10:09:59....gotcha!

This is correct. It will go in increments of 10 minutes per bid. I always hated the "Ended at 1043pm" bids and such. I've been screwed and the beneficiary of these rules, but plain just don't like them. Id rather an auction end on an even time (10:10, 10:20, 10:30... Etc) then trying to match up math to make a bid 9 mins in to try and catch someone else off guard to win.

Not trying to be snooty, but do you have a gripe against me or my auction? You seem to have some sort of negative connotation to add at the end of every post in here. Not sure if that is just being taken out of context (which if it is, I apologize for the mention), or if it is a direct dig at me. Either way....

Maybe others will be turned off by this bidding setup. Maybe some will like it. To each their own. I, as well as everyone, would like to get the most out of my items if possible. But I feel like this gives everyone the fairest shot at each auction.

With that being said, if that deters my fellow rares collectors from bidding on my auction, that is fine. I make the rules to be as fair as possible (no buyouts, no icqs, pms, or ghost bids, adequate response time to bid back if someone tries to snipe, etc...) for all involved. If you feel that isn't the case, feel free to tell me so I know for my future auctions.

I think this will make it harder to know when the actual end time for the auction is. The normal way requires peeps to just pay attention to the last bid on the item and you have 10 minutes to counter, this way however requires you to actually count up how many bids have taken place since the extension period began and figure up the end time from there, and it could be a lot of bids since your increments are 1 mil and there have been a lot of 1 mil increase bidding wars lately (lookin at you @panoramix2009 ).
