100 vs. 120 skill?

Hello. I'm building a dexxer. I understand that for the melee skills of weapon/tactics/anatomy, having 120 skill equates to more damage. I also understand that 120 Parry equals better chance to parry.

My question is this: Is there a reason to have 120 in chiv, bushido, or necro?

For weapon skill it is your chance to hit and defend, nothing to do with damage.
For Tactics it is damage.
For Anatomy it is damage to a lesser extent than Tactics, but also works as a modifier for Healing, and can also work with Eval for Defensive Wrestle.
For Parry it is your chance to Parry, and with Bushido Counter Attack.
For Chivalry combined with Karma it affects the strength of the effects and the duration.
For Bushido it affects the amount of steps needed to reach Perfection, and most probably the amount healed by Confidence and the damage done with Momentum Strike, and Whirlwind bonus damage.
For Necro it affects the success chance of casting the spells, but has no effect on strength, abilities or duration, which for most spells is modified by Spirit Speak.

Informative and concise. Thank you, sir.

If you want exact numbers, you could try looking at the skill guides on the stratics main page, or UOGuide. Also the stratics combat calculator is still up to date if you want to see the effects of a particular mix of stats/skills/items.

I don't think it's needed for Necromancy on a dexxer, but it's helpful for bushido and chivalry for the reasons given above.

Also, depending on what mastery you're using... masteries are based on real skill above 90. If you're going to use the Chivalry or Bushido masteries, you will want that to be as close to legendary as possible if you're using it frequently.

I didn't know about the combat calculator! Thank you!
