Hello everybody,

a short technical question: If you have an alliance and delete it, can you immediately join another alliance? Is there a timer? And can somebody invite you for an alliance if you are offline? Do you get the invitation when you login later?

It should work right away. Yes they can invite you if you are offline... Then you just have to go guild roster and set filter for guild alliances pending request and find it.

Unless things changed past year or so, an invite is only open for an hour or so, if you do not accept it within that time: it is nulled/canceled and will need a new invite.

The guild master who is sending the alliance request gets a popup window where he can fill the name of the alliance right after sending the alliance request.
