Are they powder of fortificationable,specially the Ozymandias' Obi and Hawkwind Robe ? Can apply powders to them and repair them to make them last forever????

I did bring this up with the devs at a recent meet and greet. Its not consistent with other items in game.
For example I can use POF on my mace and shield glasses, kelp leggings etc. etc. but NOT the new Shadowguard artifacts, boots of escaping etc.
They don't have the "brittle" tag either which makes it confusing for some players.

Inconsistency is one of the many banes of UO.
Actually it's one of the things that endears it to all of us masochists. UO Rule #1: no matter what, there is an exception to everything in-game. Rule #2: when in doubt refer to Rule #1.
You wont need to worry about Hawkwinds robe...it has self repair although it isnt a properity

Same as the minax sandals as far as I can tell. This is one of those things that will get a stealth fix by the devs in a few years and then the players will be up in arms!
