[Selling] Thinking about selling a house.

My Zento Garden House to be exact. What would stay 40 raised beds, 17 fire paintings, 2 vet seed boxes and 12 barrel sponges. About $266 worth of raised beds alone. The house is in a very good location and just a short trip to the bank and moongate in Zento, mining and light lumberjacking right out the front door and a good harbor for a big boat for your fisherman. I placed this house back on 10-24-2013 for the purpose of being my garden house and ran the beds for seeds of Renewal which it produces 100-160 each cycle and 2880 of whatever resource Green thorns, Orange petals, or red leaves. I won't break it up it is a package deal house and everything listed. Just not as into the gardening as I used to be and the house is in a very boring location for me personally.

EDIT: No I am not interested in prodo trades at alll, but thanks anyway.

EDIT2: Gold price I would consider fair is 140,000,000 that is discounting the beds 1 mil each from the going price of 4 mil.

I really am not interested in gold, but a lot of gold might peak my interest. Also don't need or want soul stones or any other store tokens. NO I AM NOT QUITTING OR LEAVING SIEGE and this is NOT a fire sale.

Unlike most high end houses that come up for sale this one will pay for itself over time. With the seeds and pinks and at zero risk and minimal effort.

It is a good chunk of Siege Gold for it even discounting the fire paintings and beds

Oh yeah and for me the time saved... I tend almost 200 plants each day... This is a huge time saver

No doubt I have always did the plant thing and the raised beds made my life a lot easier instead of 3 floors of individual plants on every tile, hours watering and potioning, filling the plant pots......... Just plop a seed and forget about until the cycle is complete and repeat. Only drawback is less plants per floor as you have to leave room between beds, but the time savings makes it soooo worth it.

I'm not sure, but I believe I got more SoR and black and white seed from growing the plants in pots but it was a pain and you could had to login each day and care for the plants.

I think you are right pollinating a mutant white or black is very very rare for me in the raised beds VS very rare in the pots. And without question the logging in every day to care for plants was a pain, RL happens and you log in after missing a couple of days to find a bunch of dead and diseased pots, then add in all the regs for potion kegs and time filling them. Plants were real work before raised beds LOL

What can you possible do with so many green thorns? Multi Client Regs Once a week I make a circle of 7 characters around a dirt patch, each character has 200 thorns in their pack, a horde minion at their side and blue beetle behind them. Cycle through the toons sticking thorns in the dirt patch, the horde minions pick them up and when the minion hit 400 stones, transfer the regs to the beetle. Stick 210 thorns per hour and spend 12-13 hours every plant cycle sticking thorns and collecting regs. I am too much of a cheap A. to buy mage shop regs. Anyway at the end of a day ROT on skills you can do between sticking thorns you end up with 1000s of stones of regs. Been slacking though and only growing 1 floor of 18 beds in snake plants and getting 1296 thorns per cycle. Can also multi client Bunnies and get around the timer and keep training a pets anatomy up non stop. 231,000 gold per hour if you use the thorns on bunnies using 7 toons planting A GD or Dragon Snail Hatchling kill the bunnies fast, Looting gets tricky as the field fills up with blue bunny corpses Do the seed quest no fast way to do it though. Stick the thorn in snow and tame ice snake, stick in the swamp and collect vines and those so cool executioner caps. Make stacks of 60k greenthorns so people will ask WTF is wrong with you!?!
