I just now seen these are obtainable, which is a hell of a surprise to me. so few questions:

1) How does one obtain them?
1b) is it a drop from a spawn or event?
2) how much do they cost
3) what signs dropped?

1) believe they drop as rewards from completing trade quests found at the trade minister in towns
3) most if not all npc guilds, may be more than those
