Targeting range check - EC

It will be very helpful to add a targeting range check option to the default EC client, which is available on CC client.

The spell targeting check gives a great advantage to the CC users over the EC users.

Pwny has a valid point, in that there are currently advantages to EC that aren't available in CC, such as being able to run faster. Adding range check last target to EC will widen the gap. (not that range check last target ever works on CC)

Range check last target works with UOAssist, I think as long as your last target macro is set in UOAssist rather than in UO. That said im sure sometimes it has a moment. Totally agree. The gap between the two is wide enough as it is.
