Damage increase

swing speed

hit lighting or fireball

hit lower defense....

and splintering of course....from 20 % to 30 %....

I need to imbue it after with the correct mods....

I pay a lot, up to 300 mils, depending on how much splintering it has and how many qualities I can imbue....

Closest I got is a 15 Splinter, but you can use all the mods bc it's clean.

Keep me in mind if you can't find better!!
