i agree base ssi on it would be godly, but your also getting into un-named legendaries at that point. good luck with your search : )Honestly best legendary comp bow i've seen. I need SSi though
also bow is not enhanced, not much but the 10ssi from ash paired with jewel, cloak, town bonus is good swing rate for a mage.
