Why should it be added when you can utilize both specials without the need for tactics?? Wrestling is completely balanced the way it is.
You don't need tactics but it does hardly any damage. wrestling would be balanced if they added it to the list.
You can dis-arm and para blow without 70/90 skill points. Wrestling is currently balanced

It would make for more diverse templates. Id support it.
