Power Scroll and Transcendance Books

Can we get power scroll and transcendance books to be able to add scrolls to them while in the bank?

I have multiple shards I play on and would like to be able to add scrolls to them without having to be locked down since houses are still a one shot deal.

This or let me place a house on each shard.

I just wish I could as scroll binders to the book and through the book interface merge/upgrade scrolls.

And allow them to work on a vendor like bod books. Set prices for scrolls and list them.

Combining and setting them up like bods would be awesome!

An alacrity book would be nice but I don't do tmaps and it doesn't seem like it's worth the points to gamble in the cleanup to get a camping alacrity or something along those lines.
