Listen you all chose to stay behind the times and use the CC don't go pushing your crap on the EC users... why do you think we left that client behind?!?!
I can think of dozens of reasons, none of them complementary. Considering the EC's operational flaws, the shoddy graphics, and the fact the Devs are not even bothering to finish or fix it because it's so poorly done that it's not worth the time investment, why do people use it?

Because it is less flawed and more functional than the CC... and while yes some things are very ugly in the EC... the GRAPHICS which you say are shoddy 95% of them come directly from the CC... so you are only putting down the same graphics you look at all the time in the CC.

As for not bothering to "fix" it... they don't bother to fix a lot of things... even in the CC. Face the fact that the game has been on full maintenance mode for a long time the only thing they do work on and add is more items to up the itemization in the game... and keep people paying. They occasionally do some PvP balance adjustments or nerf the crap out of things and do stuff that benefits the scripters... but for the average player who doesn't multi-box, doesn't script, and doesn't play for the profit of selling gold the game is becoming more of a frustration than being enjoying or entertaining.

Since pretty much everything is about items and worth then what they do actually do satisfies that...

The shoddy graphics display code used to display those graphics in the EC is the problem. The CC graphics display code works properly and shows things clearly.

It's not the display code... it's the ancient graphics being blown up to proportions they were NEVER designed for... they were designed to be viewed on small screen with less pixels.... you know low resolutions of the 90's.... not modern monitors and screen of today which have 1080p and such...
