I have a bone harvester just like that but nobody seems to be interested in these kind of weps really unless they have godly stats who knows tho maybe 5 to 10 mil? I could be way off give or take.

They are awesome for PvM characters who find they run mastery songs alot. Bards (my bard wears one very similar to that) or even tamers now with the combat training. Between that and a 4 MR shield, it frees up alot of space on armor pieced to look for stat increase pieces.

Not a huge market for them, but that is how I use them.
