EM crafted item, Drachenfels 2014 (from EM Borborad)
ah addition, the robes were given out for all participants exact date was the 19th of October 2014
there were another items for the 3 first places
i think 2nd and 3rd was boots and kilt
1st place were sashes...
also there was a second part of the event, simon says game, also robes and the same items for first places, name on these is "by simon so he says" or so.

Since the name on the sash is longer than it's possible to currently name a character, that guarantees an EM made it, so yes it has value. Someone who collects EM crafted items would have an interest in buying it. I'm not sure exactly how much it would be worth though.
@BrianFreud might be able to help give a price check on it.
