Just about any mob could fall under the term FEY (a fictional creature) and as a changeling may be considered a FEY in UO it may not be. Just about all the fictional creature in UO should be considered FEY by definition.

They should be fey but once they switch into a player the slayer would change... it depends on which form the player takes =X
