I have the following questions after cleaning up the Wintermoor Museums.

1) What is the difference between An Empty Tub that is a container and not a container? Further, there are bones that are containers and not containers, are the not container ones very rare?



2) Aren't these orange sandles rare because you had to kill NPC vendors for them? Are black sandles worth anything?



3) Are the cursed artifacts from the Magincia Invasion worth anything?



4) These orc masks and the bear mask do not decay. They have actually say there for many years. Worth anything?



5) Are the small pieces of blackrock you got during the world events years ago the same as the ones that still spawn in mines now?



6) This key is called a weight, is that unusual?



7) I have a lot of Metal Boxes but this is the only "Strong Box" I see.




8) Finally, what are the chances of getting a Gamemaster to move an unmovable item in your house? I would like to rearrange the statues on the roof. I paged a GM asking if he could but he said no.

1- the bones are not rare, regular drop, I believe wisps drop them a lot.
2- I dunno about the orange ones, sandals can be dyed black cant they?
3- the cursed artis hold some value but i'm not sure how much. I know a lot were tossed in trash for cleanup points.

7- believe the strong box turns into a "metal box" if turned with an interior deco tool.

7. - ALL based on orientation. secure metal box and turn it... it will turn to strong box...
Strong boxes title - face east
Metal boxes title - face south
if strong box weight changes (i think to 100 stones) and 0/25 instead of 0/125 - contact @Deaol - I know he collects those...

8. - as far as i know the gm will remove them - for good - not replace them after a rearrange...

#2 - Black sandals aren't really worth much, unfortunately. Their original popularity made them a pretty common item. Even old double blessed ones don't fetch much.

#3 - Yes, they do have some value as a set. Also worth good cleanup points.

#4 - Probably just really old, like pickaxes and shovels without durability. There is value in them.

#7 - Lock them down then turn it with an interior decorator. The name will change depending on facing.

Sadly if they can not be removed yourself the only thing they can do in my experience is remove them all together. Perhaps if you butter them up a bit you could get them to move them for you but I have had bad luck with that. Not really into butter.

If I recall, those were seer gifted statues... chances are pretty good that the GMs won't have a clue what they are or that they're legit, and will simply delete them.

Best chance of getting those moved around are to drop Mesanna an email. I dont think there should be much issue with it really given that they stay within the house sort of thing. Imo GMs ought to be avoided in this regard, more often than not they will just remove/delete the item without any actual clue as the how to handle the situation. There was one situation where I had recustomized my house and all of my statues got stuck in the crate. I paged a GM asking them to move them back and was told "Nope, cant do that sorry." and they instead moved them out of my crate and into my character's backpack... Wherein my character weighed something like 4k stones and couldn't move. It took almost a week of paging to get another GM and that GM just deleted them. Two of those items happened to be single story pillars, one sandstone one marble.

1. There are collectors who will buy the container ones, but not for much. I could use more barrels if you have them but I won't pay more than 1m each. -sell-

2. Sandals are worth about 100k now on a good day. Too many modded footwear items for anyone to care. Also bod reward sandals ruined them. -sell cheaply-

3. They considered creating a way to remove the cursed tag from items but it was quickly shot down. I saved one of each of mine and tossed the rest for cleaning points. -keep or turn in-

4. Never saw a mask before. There's a few pre-patch things floating around that don't decay but it's hard to prove. I'll buy it if it's not too much. -keep-

5. They aren't the same, the spawning blackrock is smaller, but I haven't found an interest in them. Unfortunately they just exist right now. I refused to toss mine though. -keep-

6. You can rename keys by clicking and targeting them BUT I've never seen one that had the weight moved to the top. Cound be worth a lot to a key collector. -sell-

7. Turn with a decorator tool.

8. You're fortunate the GM didn't delete them. If they were seer placed you still might be out of luck but I'd email Mesanna. -keep-

How many exceptional daggers does one need to own before it is the largest collection in UO?

Idk how many would make you the largest (talking about the daggers) but I'd buy them if you'd let them go

the metal chests are from plague beasts as loot if theyve eaten enough corpses.

are the bones your referring to the same grapic as the bone containers? if so they dont spawn off ant lions. ant lions spawn "bone piles" (pictured in the upper right) and the bone containers they spawn are "an unknown rogues skeleton" etc.

the "piece of blackrock" (small version no small in title) are relatively un-desireable but worth holding onto. i sold 1 at pac raresfest for 10m, and have seen people paying over 100m for the piece they are missing to a complete set.

key is old bugged one but relatively common. 1-5m

They have the same graphics as bone containers, except they are not containers.

Re 1, the empty tubs that are containers spawn. The ones that aren't containers don't spawn anymore. The bones that aren't containers I used to pull out of barrels in Shame. Later on, those barrels produced bones that did act as containers, up until the barrels originally stopped spawning anything.

#5, I think the originals didn't have "small" in the name.
