How do you find out the 'shade' (colour) of an item?

This is probably a stupid question but how do you find out the 'shade' (colour) of an item?

I keep seeing everywhere 'rare shade boxes' etc, but how do you tell what shade something is?

In the enhanced client there is a "Get HUE ID" tool that can be used to find out the colour of items.

Using the EC with Pinco's and the Hue tool... otherwise if you are in the CC your just SoL.
