this fork isn't worth 1/6 of what your buyout is
With inflation in Ultima Online these days my price is right where it should be. Go farm for this and I'll see you in 3-4 months if your lucky with something comparable.
If it was clean (aka not brittle/antique/cursed/125 STR/50 stones), then your now revised starting bid of 40m (I believe it was 70m previously) wouldn't be too absurd.
Let's break this item down.
20 Splint- the minimum any PvP'er will require for a consistent splinter weapon
50 Lightning- good, but not perfect. Could be 60/70.
70 Stam Leech- absolutely worthless
1 Dex bonus- negiligible and ultimately worthless on weapons
4 stam increase- see above
3 stam regen- lowish number of the worst regen, essentially worthless
40 SSI- completely pointless on a 2.5s weapon. Only 5 SSI is needed to swing this weapon at max (1.25s) with only 120 stam (very low for a PvP dexer)
50 DI- good, but not perfect. Could be 60/70.
All this considered, this item might as well be 20 Splint, 50 Lightning, 50 DI. If it wasn't brittle, I think you would get 30-50m. As it's brittle, I think you'd be lucky to get more than 7.5-10m, absolutely best case. Not to mention war forks/other disarm weapons aren't exactly in high demand as of the expansion.

This is not clean. Brittle! I did one splinter hit with a brittle weapon and the durability went down so much it's crazy. They won't last long at all!
