That's a hard one to price.
It's like 300 weight over cap, which is pretty sweet.
Ideal for a Alchy Hybrid Mage (which has been hot lately).
It also works for pretty much any regular mage too, so...your bottom value is raised by popular demand alone.
50-100mil would be my minimum starting point. Go up from there, great piece for an auction.
Taper your expectation based on the weapon though, Cutlass is not ideal for specials.

I'd pay at least 100m, and it fits for many mage templates, so...why wouldnt it be worth more? Up to several hundred.
However, I am glad to see that people still exist in UO to make the rest of us look better.

Let me say what no one else would, this piece is absolutely worthless for many reasons.
Crap specials, crap -25 magery, crap hit spell, crap brittle, crap damage output, no splintering, not at all good for a hybrid/aclhy template (that's reliant on parry/shields), really doesn't fit for any hybrid template because everyone would rather use a bokuto, bone harvester, or a UBWS wep for disarm/mortal.
In short, cutlasses are generally worthless and items with the properties advertised here are also generally worthless. A cutlass with these properties is most definitely worthless.
