Well, I've seen at least 5 unique versions, so I doubt 4 is correct. I've actually seen 9 of them, but I'm ignoring duplicates, in case a couple pairs were sold and I got them twice. But minimally, I've seen these 5 versions:

Boots in hues 2001, 2012 and 1644
Thigh boots in hues 2001 and 2005
