It is an in-game craftable item though. The recipe to make it is a gift.

You can name the new atlas, I have made about 100 of them. GM Scribe with 120 magery gives me 62 100 charge books, 22 90 charge the rest 80 charge except 2 70 charge books.

The text in the atlas (rune names) need to be bigger.. its hard to read for me

I have a wish too, if our great Devs should find time. I would like an options to move the runes up and down like we see at the community vendors.

I'm able to Name mine. I play EC if that makes a difference.

Just patched and started in CC and I'm able to Rename them - it's at the Top Right page in the opened book.
