I wasn't aware a Steward counts for 125 storage. No wonder my 7x7 is running out of room faster than I'd anticipated! What about a regular vendor? Does that take extra storage too?
Nope. Regular vendors just have the limit on how many are available per home.

I think we are all in agreement that something is buggy & thankfully we have Kyronix promptly addressing the issue

It do not matter if they are locked down or in a secure container. I have one locked down and 3 in a secure container. If I move all to my char, I get 100 less lockdowns used at my house sign.
This is one of those times when it would be handy to have a "search tool" that works on an entire account......

I too wish there was a search feature on the house sign. Sometimes I "know" I have something but with so many houses and so many containers I sometimes forget where exactly it was. If I could search from the house sign with maybe a "retrieve" feature there that would be awesome.
And if we picked you, do you cook? Do dishes? Wash windows? Can you work on my truck in your spare time?
I've an idea this might be possible. Vendor search is able to locate a particular item and open the bag containing it. It seems logical that a 'house search' might be able to locate a particular item and open the secure containing it.
Even better I think it would help flag accounts with multiple serial ID pieces and flag them the help prevent duping even more.

I read about this problem yesterday evening, knowing that Drachenfels will only get Publish 91 early today. I wrote down all the lockdown numbers yesterday and no surprise, two houses went straight in to negative storage today. Comparing the numbers, I can confirm (in two cases) that the BB's obviously now count as 25 lockdowns (1 lockdown pre pub 91), even if they are buried in a secure container and not explicit locked down. Only the house counts them as 25, the container holding them still just sees them as 1 item. Btw... the # of posts on them, how weighty they ever might be, is irrelevant!
Yep. Kyronix' hint helped a lot. I monitored eight houses, six of them did not change their storage count although they are stuffed with all sort of things (always funny to see what guildmates keep in their houses). Two of them changed their count: a legacy forge (limit 2521) from 27 free to -45, and a customizable plot (13x18, limit 3899) from 0 free to -48. These numbers suggested that Kyronix is on the right track: the forge has three bugged items (difference = 72; I knew there are 3 BBs in it), and thus, the customizable 2 of the same bugged item (difference 48). After searching through the customizable, I finally found the (expected) two BBs. The six other houses do not contain any BBs (at least not that I know of until now).
