Thanks for your reply. I've been around for a long time. I actually created the guild myself which existed briefly on several shards. Waaaay back in the day server stability was an issue. Servers would go down frequently. Sometimes for hours. I wound up with characters (and houses) across about six shards because when one shard server went down I would just log on to another. I had sort of figured out that the guild name and abbreviation probably contributed to the value of a deed. I thought XSD was a pretty cool guild deed.

guild stone have been way down lately. you may be able to get 30 - 40 range if someone really likes the name, but average price has been around 20m for a decent name last few months.
