Quick question about account upgrading

My Lovely Wife has an account created before TOL release. She hasn't upgraded it to SA. For a few more days paying a subscription causing auto upgrade to TOL. The question is: if she pay the subscription and get the free update will she be able to use TOL features but not SA or HS or will she get access to all three?

As far as I know the only way to get access to SA and HS is to purchase the account upgrades. The offer for the free upgrade was only for TOL.
