That is the formula to find the total percentage of multiple percentages being applied. If there are multiple percentages happening in 1 instances then that is the formula you use, and they in essence do "stack" due to finding out the overall combined probability. If it was 1 or the other it would be a different formula, but they are both taken into account during the RNG of being 'Hit".

I see what you're doing, but you dont know if parry rolls first let alone the first would be 35 not 50. Your formula is skewed.
