Post your neat spreadsheets? Here's mine that shows all the skills and has columns for Power Scroll availability and Quest (With UNIQUE reward) availability. I used it to gather all the named items I could from the quests and make my templates.

I have done it for years. For everything form vendor stocks to suits.. It makes a great way to plug and chug numbers to find what works best versus writing on a peice of paper. My fiance makes fun of me because I have a folder full of different spreadsheets, notes, and screen shots from Ultima from the past 16 or so years, haha.

I have spreadsheets of everything from what characters I have on what account since I have so darn many it's the only way to keep track of that.... as well as skills of all my characters that are skilled so I know who's working what and what I might need for them be it 120 PS or now mastery books or suits..... should I get another Tangle which character I want to gift it to... etc...

I have spreadsheets helping me track what pieces I need of this and that collection so I can tell at a glance if I need a certain item or not.

I have screenshots of all sorts of things to help me remember how to build certain things or how good a pet I have is.

I keep notebooks next to my desk and write notes in it about learned passwords to secret locations and such... Notes on lists of pets owned by which tamer so if I come across a good new dragon I can see which of my tamers needs it.

Stuff like that.

The only thing I don't write down or keep on the computer or anything is my passwords and full account name information. I never have that anywhere. But I think if I ever considered quitting I'd be sure to write that all down somewhere for future reference. But I don't see that happening anytime in the near future.
