Messana's Halloween visits to all shards...

It is late and I am cranky & I am unhappy with how 2015 Halloween has happened so far. We got no new content because of TOL work. I sort of accepted that when she said she would visit all shards & if we died (dice game death ) we got a toy. One toy is better than nothing.

Not really. How am I supposed to know when she will visit the 2 shards I play? Do I try to go to shards I do not play much just for a chance? What if we all do that? If she posts a schedule many will show at every event. What is the answer to this? Every single player should have a chance to get the new rotten pumpkin or a better toy. Only those who are on or get messages to show up will.

How hard is it to create a new TOT item? Or bring back player named jack o' lanterns? That is already coded. I am at my wit's end with this game and the stuff I see happen. It is also the first time I did not add an expansion to all of my accounts, and it is free.

On a good note being a white tiger is great and the tiger art and movement is awesome.

She will never tell what shards she visits or when... Exactly for what you have said, If she did, everyone from out of the shard would just hop servers for a ''toy'', Making the real people that play that shard have less chances to win and play an event made by her in the shard they play.
I hope this makes sense and see the point I am trying to make.

Wait, she already came to Siege!? I was logged on two different times and missed this I guess. That is BS man! I log every day on Siege, I've already done the turtle spawn there several times, participated in the Costume contest Sunday, and I don't get to do the Mesanna visit because they aren't going to post it ahead of time? If that is true that is super lame. Not posting the schedule doesn't stop non regulars from attending, it stops anyone who doesn't happen to be on at that exact moment from attending.

I was hoping that she was visiting before, during or after an EM event. I am on a lot but would hate to miss her when I'm not.

I'm glad they/she didn't announce when, it's nice to be surprised, but on the other hand a lot of people will miss it.

Hope I don't miss her this time, I've not participated in any of Mesanna's little games as I've always missed them, would be nice to at least be able to attend one!

Ah, gotcha. That was the EM Costume contest. He had announced that one ahead of time. I still argue that not announcing a visit benefits very few while alienating a great many. Hopefully that won't be the case.

Messana and planning do not go hand and hand. She has the worst tact ive ever seen out of a producer.

Granted though, she has a ton of heart for the game. Just not the greatest at knowing how to show it.

i would have preferred the pumpkins as a new drop for the butchers. not a fan of Mesanna events. no story, no combat. waiting in line is not fun. Also dont like rares with mesanna's name in them (as well as shard, rl date, gm, anything that ruins immersion), but thats personal preference i suppose.

Personally I would just be thankful that she even tries to show up to do events, rather than people just wanting the items is kind of lame in itself. Be awesome if there was like 1 toy given out per shard

I agree, but you have to know when to show up. For the Legends meet and greet I had a blast getting a sceenshot of my toon with the devs, but to do that I had to schedule it ahead of time. I work FT, go to grad school FT, and have a wife and daughter. So I typically have to plan in advance for events. I know many of my friends who play are also middle aged with kids.
