GameTime code does not arrive

Good evening.

How do I proceed from here?

Like dozens of times before I ordered a gametime code from the official store. It accepted my credit card and everything, but I didn't get the code. I also received a confirmation mail regarding my order. The shop system tells me something like "order is pending". I want my code and I want it now. It's a digital "item", I'm not in the mood for waiting hours and hours (it's been more than 5 hours I've been waiting I think). It doesn't make sense. I'm sure they'll deduct the money from my credit card, that is more than reason enough to hand over the desired gametime code.

Is it possible to contact someone?

(btw. I'm not a native speaker and therefore it doesn't make sense to try to reach someone in the USA; I reside in Europe, I need some other form of communication, please)

I ordered a code a couple weeks ago, it took 24 hours to show up. They used to be instant, but I guess we have to wait a little bit now.

I hate to say it, but your codes taking a long time to arrive probably has something to do with these threads:

(since posting these threads, the items in question have been confirmed by mesanna as non-duped, but other issues may be in play (as far as she can tell)

6month game time codes being advertised openly in game everyday for 150 - 200m

think about it. not rocket science to realize the longer wait times most likely have something to do with this. most likely a security issue the company is choosing to deal with.

On a side note, this is what happens when overall a weak stance is taken with cheating, scripting, multiboxing events, etc. we all know who the culprits are, by allowing "grey area" cheating Mesanna has opened the door to more advanced techniques of robbing the system for profit and the source of your long wait times now.

u normally get the code the second after u pay??? on the uk u do....u pay and u get a thankyou and the code on the very next screen... takes like 1 second after paying....cant see the issue u guys/gals are having here...... never had a issue ever...pay get code instant.....simply pay copy /paste the code and apply to the account

Its how it used to work yes. The two accounts I bought codes for in Sept and Oct I had to wait for 40 to 60 hours. The message said it sometimes takes up to 72 hours!

That's how I've always gotten my codes. Never waited for the email.

I finally received my code. With a huge delay. So basically what you're implying is that they have giant holes in their security and punishing honest buyers is how they deal with it? I wish I could give back my code.

You don't get the code instantaneously everywhere.
Around here it takes 3 to 4 hours to get them delivered.

Remember the Origin shop is region specific so it may actually work differently for each zone depending on how EA set it up.

No, sadly it was not the case. Whenever I bought a code in the past it worked as you said (but the email came instantly, too). I could copy paste from the browser to the account management and get going.
But this time I didn't get my code instantly - either way.

Around here it takes 3 to 4 hours to get them delivered.

In the past (last time was about 4 weeks ago) I always got the code instantly. (That's exactly how it should be, it's a digital order of a digital item, I didn't order via snail mail)
