I have tons as well. I've collected them for years and saved my stockpiles from when they were spawning.
I keep the inviso items on my dexers for when douchbags lure spawn on me. *POOF* I'm gone and
their stupid luring back fires. I only use them in PvM when someone lures spawn on me to try & chase
me out of "
their" area or "
their" spawn. (ie, "Leave now, this is my spawn noob")
The teleport rings you have NEVER had to equip. They have always been a click/target use item.
Originally there were 2 kinds of inviso spawning items. Normal charged Inviso items - all spawning magic
items could spawn with inviso charges. These must be equip to function. These have high number of charges.
I have some in my collection with 199 charges. Some spawned with much less but it depended on the monster
fame/karma and your RNG luck.
2nd kind of inviso items were exclusively rings that worked kinda like teleport rings, click use items.
There were no other spawning click or click/target items other than rings (teleport/inviso). Generally these
click/target rings would only spawn with equal or less then 20 charges, I would assume so they were used up faster.
@Old Vet Back Again to my knowledge, there has not been any change to these items for a revert to make a difference.
I would argue more aggressive anti-duping measures be taken by Devs and hope
anyone that knows of dupers
report them. Don't punish old vets that have carefully collected these for years. If you have knowledge of mass
duping of these items then please report the suspected individuals & let the GMs invisibly look through players
backpacks. That's what they're supposed to get paid for anyway. I suggest,
Delete any of these duped items
(even tho I know folks will get mad over it).
PS. Speaking of armor/clothes with charges - One thing
I've asked for years is to make the weapons with charges (harm, weaken, feeblemind, curse, etc,..) worth clean up points just like the armor/clothing with charges. Currently you can throw away ringmail arms with 12 cunning charges for 5k points yet a sword with 27 feeblemind charges nets you like 9 points. Both spawned at exactly the same times and both stopped spawning exactly the same time.
