Modifying Billing info

I am wanting to change the CC I use to fund my UO addiction, but when I click the modify tab in the Payment and Shipping page, a small window opens up but doesn't do anything. Could it be a problem on the website or could it be on my end?

I've not had a CC on file for over a year now so I can't help you much. I just buy gametime codes and apply them instead.

If I may weigh in on this subject so near and dear to my heart (ok..near but not so dear); have a back up plan in the event your billing gets messed up entirely. For example, have a 30 day code ready to use, perhaps be sure you can get more if you are unable to change things as needed. I needed to change my billing method and it did not go well. I ended up losing everything except for what was on my character's backs (not much).

Something is wrong with the website, I haven't been able to add credit card info for over a year. I had to call bonnie and she had to input my info manually... I also cannot buy game time from origins website.

Hm, yes, this seems to be an ongoing issue that is frustrating for players and developers as well I imagine.

Sadly it doesn't seem to frustrate Origin... or EA... they don't seem to care that we can't give them money.
