6 month billing accounts can't get into Eodon?

getting a message on Origin that I can't go to Eodon even though my accounts are fully active and paid for

I pay every 6 months and went in through the gate on top of Britain with no problem. I did have to ask how to get up there though. I came over from Siege to see the new craftables.
